Why is TFN (Taipan Financial News) willing to give me free financial news and recommendations, stock picks etc.? Are these guys legitimate?

I could see their links on LOTS of such financial news websites. They even have some TV shows I guess. Just wondering why would they give out such information for free!

   For advertising stocks and other productssubscriptions if you can get past that they provide some good insights sometimes tough keeping up with the email.
