My sister has been applying for college for years. she has gotten accepted several times but without full scholarships. she’s 30 and i’m her younger sister. This year she got accepted to about 3 good colleges. (michigan, vanderbilt, and washington) vanderbilt and washington department of financial aid still haven’t replied with news of a scholarship. Do they usually take this long or is it that there’s bad news? Have you ever heard of fastweb? thanks in advance.
