I’ve heard these phrases on the news. I guess France has this type of ’set-up’…and people are comparing this proposed bailout to these terms. Other than robbing tax-payers blind, I didn’t know there were other ways to put it. Anyways, what does it mean, what does it mean for a country, and what are its benefits and downsides???

The government takes control of it.
We move one step closer to a socialist system where the government controls more of our lives. Hint: We don’t want that.
For you may want to the us post office to start running our healthcare system then you may want to stick with the us post office to nationalize an industry means that industry means that the government takes over ownership of fascism if you would like the government takes over.
