The system they will never be arrested because the president and the world anymore sadly anarchy is order.
It not just one person or one group of people. It is circumstances brought on bad decisions, greed, trends. No one can say that any one decision on any certain day caused everything. You can’t say it was loan officer John Doe who made a bad $1 million loan on Oct. 26, 2007 that cause it. It was many bad loans, many wrong decisions, many unwise speculative moves.
