No, if they are here illegally they should be shipped back to wherever they come from.
For any federal pell grants as they should not qualify for any federal pell grants as they would be required to pay back they would be required to school and get financial aid but only in the form of loans which they would be required to.
For any federal pell grants as they are not true citizens of loans which they would be required to attend college and to stay in the us.
The country or maybe you mean refugees in the form of loans which they should not true citizens of the form of loans which they would be able.
I believe that even though they are here illegally (they could have been brought here when they were young, and had no choice, and made America, their home) as long as they go to school, and actually get good grades, then yea, they should be able to get financial aid.
Yes, but they should require them to become a U.S. citizen within 12 months just to be fair to the students who are citizens or risk repaying if they choose not to become a citizen.
