I recently saw a financial news show where a commentator asked a question something about Obama’s “Hope and Change” yet where is the hope in the market? I didn’t watch the responses. But since often the market reacts emotionally to things and not always about hard numbers, where is the hope for an upturn? Typically, the stock market leads an economic recover by a few months. The market has tanked since the Nov. election.
Will the recent one day rally finally signal hope and change?
A: Actually, I don’t think those who are “in the business” know how the market works.

The outstanding balance was one cent. $.01. that’s right, a penny!!

So they spent

$.42 on the stamp
$.05 on the paper and envelop
??? on the salary and benefits for the person who generated the letter and put it in the mail

For a one-penny outstanding balance. No wonder towns are in financial trouble!

What I mean by this is:

Schwarzenegger came in and has worked with the democrats to spend spend. Now, the state is in huge trouble.

They have an endless demand for government programs because of the willingness of liberals in both parties to give it away.

Will Americans learn this lesson that spending and raising taxes to pay for it leads to this?
